Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery to United States addresses is 5-10 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and suppliers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may extend delivery times.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order tracking
Tracking information is provided by email once available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you about reshipping options.
