Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at jordanswealthwisdom@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as we will provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect - in those cases, contact us and we will make it right.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund after we issue it.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order.
